Step 2

Receive Email Confirmation and Reminder

Once you've secured your cleaning appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to you to verify your booking. As your cleaning date approaches, expect to receive a few automated email reminders about your upcoming service. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to prevent any cancellation fees.

Step 3

Cleaning Day

Our cleaning team will arrive during the time frame you selected on your cleaning day. They will come equipped with everything needed to achieve a sparkling clean space. Upon arrival, they will either walk through the area with you or do so independently if you prefer not to be there, to pinpoint the areas that need special attention. If you chose a flat rate cleaning package, our team will follow our standard cleaning checklist. After the cleaning is done, they will conduct a final walk-through to make sure you’re happy with the results. Just a friendly reminder: If you’re not completely satisfied with the cleaning, our team is more than willing to re-clean any areas you feel were missed, at no extra cost during the service. Please inspect carefully: once the walk-through is completed, the services from MintFresh Maids are considered finished. Any additional services will incur extra charges. If clients are unable to be present for the walk-through, whether due to being away or choosing not to participate, our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE will no longer apply.

Step 4

Post Cleaning

After your cleaning session, you will receive an automated email inviting you to rate both the services and your cleaner, as well as to leave a review for MintFresh Maids on suggested platforms. If you didn’t tip your cleaner during your initial booking and would like to do so now, please inform us right away, and we can charge the tip to your card on file. While tipping your cleaner is never mandatory, it is always appreciated. Just like other service professionals, cleaners value recognition for their hard work through tips. When deciding whether to tip, consider the condition of your home and the quality of the service you received. If the cleaning was not up to standard, it’s perfectly acceptable not to leave a tip, especially if you had to request a follow-up clean. On the other hand, if your cleaner has gone above and beyond, leaving your home sparkling, you might want to show your appreciation. It’s entirely up to you whether to tip in cash or use your card on file. The dedicated cleaning team at DFW Cleaning Co. will never solicit tips, but if you feel you received exceptional service, you’re welcome to add a tip to your bill.
